does that mean it's a good show??
Starring: Eliza Taylor, Marie Avgeropoulos, Devon Bostick, Paige Turco, Christopher Larkin (wanting to see him in a kdrama or guest-star on Hawaii Five-O or something), and many others and 30+ Extras 

It's been 97 years after a nuclear war on Earth. 12 Countries have united to form the Ark, citizens of the world (about 4000) living in space. Chancellor Jaha decides that its time to launch 100 juvenile delinquents to the Ground. 

I read the book, The 100, by Kass Morgan, and it had a pretty astonishing climatic ending. Hopefully someone gave me the second book, Day 21, for my birthday today . 

Anyway, the show's Pilot was probably the most flawed episode . I mean, usage of green walls and sets are way too obvious, lighting brings down the intensity, and failed computer animations. But it holds most of the teen drama that is worser than cliché ideas. Clarke's quiet lover doesn't express his bottled-up-since-childhood feelings for her-! 

The romance seems to be intentional, but it's kind of hard to tell because some of these "shippable scenes" are meant to be for something survivalish, like building a bomb and two people are in the tent. It's too possible to ship everyone with anyone - yeah,
you can ship anybody x anybody (I was going to ship Octavia Blake and Bellamy Blake, but then he seemed like a dumpling that needed to be near other girls) !

Lens glares!

The script is composed of short, "typically, teens for life!" lines. The longest sentence is probably /Her blood sugar's low; that must be she hasn't eaten yet./ As for the script, its portrayers are slowly emerging as stronger characters by Episode 3 or so. But , you will want people dead and be thinking of Clarke Griffin as royalty of the Ground.

Death. Ha, it's obvious to perform surgery . Every. Single. Time.. I mean, a main anarchist/serial teen killer has been reborn like, four times after being stabbed,hit, punched at least eight times! Main point: so many rebirths , all thanks to the only doctor available : Clarke Griffin ~
She's doing everything for all you folks! Taught by her parents to care for others before herself - her beliefs start to fade halfway through the series or after she has *cough* the first sex on Earth.

Surgery, the people, romance problems. Check and covered. 

The ending... Well, seems like all your mummies are coming, kids. So much for doing "the hell we want," right? 

A show that feels like some things happened just after you binge-watched it. A show that is kind of like America's revolution : we got a Benedict Arnold here , I think. A show that can't decide who needs to die; that's why they're reborn ° 0 °

I felt that the technology used in the space Ark and on the Ground are too present-day or prehistoric. The ideas of life in space seemed to be taken too lightly. I mean, having a one-child rule still enables enough food packs and cosmetics for people. It's food of limited food - don't make me believe that the scientists or engineers are making everything or you ! Now I'm just confused.. brilliant, people. 

Grade: 7.5/ 10 

It's short, enjoyably ridiculous at most times, and its second season is currently airing on the CW. 

--Every episode begins with Clarke narrating the same lines: 

"I was born in space. I've never felt the sun on my face..."

On his tenth birthday, the Phantomhive manor went up in flames. Ciel Phantomhive survived, yet he faced a month of torture by his kidnappers. He returns to the manor as a young earl, with a seemingly loyal butler, Sebastian Michaelis.  

Black Butler will be on all or many fangirl lists of ... fandoms and fave series. Well, I wasn't able to ship (person x person) anybody nor Sebastian and Ciel.

 The artstyle pertains to Victorian England backgrounds; note the dark color contrasts and the body frames. Ciel Phantomhive is a very recognizeable character- partly or mostly because of the patch over his right eye which secretes Hell's symbol - a pentegram. Is Ciel a secretive person? Well, he doesn't leave the house much - he only leaves by the Queen's orders. Henceforth, he's like a chess player - he may show his strategic thinking, and he never tells. I loved every line ~ the young master says , "Etch the pain into me... It's proof I had a life worth living" and I'm just like,

Keep t-t-talking ~ I'm all ears here!

The script -- every bit of it -- is beautiful and clever, depending on who's speaking. Humor is rare in this series. There are actual London-England events such as The Great Fire of London; the main characters don't seem to be affected by this, but with the inclusion of the angels-and-demons, the Fire is bestowed by the heavens. I know, it wowed me , too.

There seemed to be a whole 5-7 episodes that involved a pretty barbaric angel, Angela/Ash and our favorite butler from Hell, Sebastian. I loved this mini Arc ~ not all angels are pure... of mind, yet his/her ideas about extinguishing uncleanliness in the world are legitimate.

Some historical figures and a few shady or seemingly inhuman characters.. There weren't any stupid or pointless episodes -- it was like a quilt. Watching it will make you feel fascinated by England's history of the 17th century. Tears? The ending forces your eyes to water; or at least, the show expects you to cry... yes, THE SHOW WILL EXPECT THAT TO HAPPEN ^^

After assisting Detective Kate Beckett and her crew with two murder cases that seemed to be based off his Derrick Storm series, Richard Castle sticks around the New York Police Department while he's got writer's block and might be developing feelings for Beckett. 

Nathan Fillion knows how to say and do. I read the Pilot script and all I memorized after one reading was BECKETT : Murder. Well, it was something like that. Now I want to be a script writer or even better, a director . It's a dream, you know? I did fear Kate Beckett a bit, seeing that she does push Castle away from cases. I'm pretty sure that she knows she's being beat up with Castle''s fast thinking. Even as an author, he's pretty smart. Now I wonder if all mystery writers are like that - Can it be? 
Nathan Fillion, I'd nominate him for an Acting award, however, I had issues with Katic's acting in some episodes. 

Each episode opens with the crime scene, aka The Highlighted Murder of the episode. A song plays during this scene and, depending on the song, May cause a little giggle. That's hoe music just ... gets to you. 

The police procedure, most orders are requested by Beckett, are showing that there is always a sharp-minded, quick thinker in a police force . At least the orders make sense, but it seems .. really meticulous, writers. 
I mean, to say that the culprit used another identity just from concluding a culprit seems like it was going to be overused (twice, in my count).  This season did rewrite some ideas into Episodes 6-10. 
Identify fraud ... welcomed into reality. 

There are books by a fictitious character, Castle. I have  yet to read them.

I liked the first five Cases. Again, 6-10 seemed like a rerun of the other cases. Are all the cases twisted? Nah, not really. If you want a taste of what you're gonna see, I made a list of what cases I remember. There might  a lot of... eyes - still, dead eyes.

Woman in a dryer, frozen body, spiritual deaths, body in a wall safe, shot body covered in rose petals.. 

Castle seems to have the romance problems - his daughter loves him, and likewise, is bothered by her (shopaholic, fun-finding) mother, who is separated from Castle. Castle has a relationship with his publisher... oops, it's his ex-wife. So, he's single, right? Beckett.. is disturbed  by her mother's death and plays with the boys in the NYPD.

WELL, it's a short season, so finish and start it anytime. I did see an episode in a later season and I liked it (okay, I was... 10) . The more promising of the series is beyond this season.

It was like "A" all over again.

The literature-based murders doesn't seem to be heavily covered. Just so ya know.

I know I'm thinking critically than ever. I have a Bloat Boat list, candies that I've thrown away from the fam, and dissing on Mexican enchiladas now.

I've also become a pesco-vegetarian who went no-carbs last week! I even set a limit for bread -- because somehow, I manage better with rice and Asian homecooked meals than a slice of 70-85 calorie [whole]wheat/grain bread. Stay fit and lively ( ^ ^ )

Pretty Little Liars Season Four

This season picks up the story from the fire at the lodge of Season Three. The Liars seem to know most  of their own secrets and are uncovering the secrets of... lovers, Alison DiLaurentis, and their own families. Will "A" finally be unraveled? (Answer: no... The show 's renewed for a seventh season) 

Oh, my ~ every episode reveals a new clue or just.. something new! The "A" clips at the end of episodes isn't as intriguing as the First Season. Just to say to those who, like me, usually tune in for A's spotlight.
But, it seems like one man will be on your suspect list: he's not on mine, cuz it just doesn't fit perfectly with A's motive. Ezra Fitz - is he a victim, too? Or is he working with A? If you love Ezra or fangirl him whatever.. beware, you might be afraid of him this time. I'm feeling so sympathetic for him ... a lot , now.

Relationships- heh, well ~ pretty much all the Liars are falling apart in their love lives. But at least they're not hit by A about their relationships. "A" hasn't been sending texts much, lately. Why so quiet, I wonder? 

All the girls are meeting new guys (Emily… nope, still managing with Paige..) I mean, you are gonna miss this guy: Dean , a _____ counselor. I don't care if he never got to love his Client, but he needs to be my bestie, like, NOW!!

Apparently, the guy's on The Vampire Diaires, which I have neither read nor watched.

I'll end with some remarks 'bout the Season Finale. ALI . TELLS. ALL. The ending ... is a little catfight between ____ & ____. We still don't know who A is. My guess (I don't have theories,just clues and 'clues') 

I was so happy that I finished this season, but I thought they only aired 5 eps already. Boy was I wrong- 12 eps are out as of last Tuesday.
Grade: 8/10- because, why not? :))

☆Meet Kisaragi Ryuuji, a Level 10 breaker, who just might be the first human to be in a relationship with dragons. Well, for a start, he already knew one-from years ago.

Somehow, this is the first show that comes to mind when it comes to recommendations for friends. And when they  have finished watching, most of them just loved it. However, I wonder how much I actually enjoyed the Anime. I mean, the Red Dragon, Rose (blonde in pic above), is mainly clingy to Ryuuji.. oddly, she's not a pest in most of the episodes.

 (If you're a kid Dragon, be careful who you want to "grow up" as-

I learned that caring guys will [always] be like the harem protagonists. (Harem: many lovers of one person; I'd consider at least four lovers to be a harem)

Ryuuji denies that he is this kind of boy, but it's totally false ; mentioning "harem animes" (the term, not anime examples) adds a sense of humor- who doesn't love Honourable Mentions? 

Another cliche// the childhood friend, who's a classmate and a lover. Yeah, there's only one girl like this, except she's shy and has a devious friend who's basically forcing her into 'the love life of her dreams.' Aw, poor girl . 

Overall, it was a magical watching experience, but I'm bothered by the use of the same clip when Ryuuji and Rose "Engage" (combine their powers - maybe that's what makes Ryuuji stand out a bit-- he got the power!) A note- Rose was born in Albania, as an egg , and she transferred overseas to America. I'm not sure if that's where the blonde hair comes from, but just so you know, right?

Did they overload on new characters? Well, they all fit into the same puzzle which led me to deny that Ryuuji has power, but he has so much time to meet new girls, who might fall for him, too.

Join Yamaguchi Kisaragi (the acutely clumsy girl with oversized glasses) and her classmate friends as they have fun with art and learn concepts, like style.

The characters are designed as different thinkers. They have their own personalities, yet they all seem to weave interchangeably into one seemingly improvisational cast. The silliness really makes every day seem funnier than it should be! Well, I mean, now, I wish I was at the Art School than being locked up in a daycare for sept heures et demie! (If it's supposed to be -et un(e, non?) demie- , I apologize on my behalf) 

Honestly, I was hoping that the characters' lines would reflect or poke their personalities.. it's funny if it's accidental, right? 

There aren't jokes that are there to trigger laughter.. Well, maybe a few, but not throughout the Series. It's the actions that lead to the zany gaffy tactics that gets your throat caught up in the tight swelling of giggling. These actions are always relevant to the episode ; seldomly random, they are. The comedies that I've seen thus far have jokes that are guffaw gackers , but they're random. And they're usually reactions to simple actions , like

Cooking, braiding hair, or at the sight of... mangas, let's say. 

Not much to say means... it's great for an afternoon or just for the boring hours. It goes well with a strawberry parfait or something.  (^-^)v

The characters - students, teachers, and those whom are interacted with- make memorable little senseis! <З

I hope to watch another anime with the same art style - it seems I've taken a liking to it.

Slam Dunk

After he was rejected by 50 consecutive girls , Hanamichi Sakuragi sets his eyes on Haruko, but to impress her, he must love what she loves -basketball.
Nope. It's following the journey of a freshman basketball rookie.

The romance addition adds a little more gleam to the "basically, it's basketball" plot. Unfortunately, the romance is one-sided ( and not fulfilled ) - expressed only by Sakuragi blushing at the sight of her. If you wanted to read for the finance, turn around and watch the tdrama, Bull Fighting, (Mike He, anyone?)  which I started earlier this week.
--Romace is strictly not a main focus.

The manga and anime give off the impression that it was meant to be educational, yet (sonewhat maturely) enjoyable. Please be aware that Sakuragi has his own quartet gang!!
Dr. It's little lectures honors its mangaka , who has seen and or played basketball.

The watching experience includes a laugh in almost every episode  . (There's a whole episode dedicated to an all-out fight ) . The series (both medias) ended with a basketball game -which, to me, means Y U MAKE NO LONGER??

A friend always points or the fact that every game is dramatic - mostly because of the slo-mos. But who says " no " to sparkling ... balls? Or Sakuragi's crazy Naruto cloning defense?? 

Finally, the characters are unbelievably easy to draw. Mr. T demonstrates that you don't need to be superbly talented to tell a story. Just do it ! 

I attempted to draw Rukawa, the one who sleeps..   a lot. 

Grade!! 7.7-8.2/10

This series is a a Complete Set:

 manga, drama, film, and anime. I haven't seen the Korean film or the jdrama yet, so this'll be on the Anime and manga.

For starters, I've read the manga online and on an (Amazon) app. I've noticed that some or many sites list this as Yaoi, whereas Wikipedia and fans know that it's Shonen-ai. So if you're pissed about me tagging this as Yaoi, well I'll be... a damned little girl ;)

Overall, I marathoned it in two days. It's probably thanks to the dark backstory of a main lead, Antique's owner, Tachibana something. 

Tachibana lives with his past in mind. He's had nightmares of a childhood abduction and the day he rejected his high school male lover, Ono Yusuke. He opens the cake shop, "Antique" and finds that Ono was hired for work . Will he remember Tachibana or is it all a thing of the past? 

The atmosphere that is created in the kitchen is soooo Yaoi-fitted, which leads to the psychology of fangirling (or BOYing). I did not find myself hating any character, so it means there was either a nice selection of (statuette) characters or the characters don't change much. Either way, the story only highlights Tachibana's issue with his past. 

I was a little bothered about the seemingly light charcoal chapter pages in the manga. As well as the basic character faces. Since Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl, I've been trying to avoid light art (girlish art, no offense). At least the OST of the Anime is light like a ... latte? Choux à la crême? 

I was hungry, like, GROWLING hungry. I needed food porn ; I thought my lunch of a tuna-vegetable (mostly corn, peace!) salad would be more enjoyable. Heh, well...
I've bookmarked at least five lists of Food Manga, Food Dramas, and Food Anime series. It is a goal of mine to feel so superior when I start watching Toriko. Can't. Wait. X)

I wish that the manga had some recipes, but no, all they can do is tell you what's in that figure created by an ex-champion boxer. ;;;'(

I have a problem with 2D and 3D art in one, like Initial D. The first episode displayed so much of is style that I thought I'd have to struggle with enjoyment. Thankfully, the storyline isn't bland or covered in say, clichés.
  

It was like a little boxed cake - sweet, lightly humorous, and bright with gay-turned men . **blushing?? 

Grade: 7.4-7.8/10 
Missing? An altered ending... I didn't like both endings (manga AND anime)

Kashimashi/Kasimasi ~ Girl Meets Girl

Hazumu loves flowers and falls in love with the gentle, pretty girl, Yasuna. After confessing  his feelings, he shuns himself away to a mountain after she turns him down. But, he gets hit by... nothing more ordinary than a spaceship from beyond. 

Okay, so.. weird story. Hazumu is sadly, a sensitive clueless bag of.. airheadness. Apparently, the aliens genetically alter his sex because he .. gasp! survived! 

And who else to catch him from his descent than...his , or "her" two lovers, a childhood friend and the First Love. 

Oh, did I mention that this storyline is also an ANIME of 12 Episodes??!!

My experiences:: 

I loved making fun of Hazumu all the way in the Anime. In the manga, everything's his fault-

great, right? 

What's wrong with a guy eating ice cream with little teaspoons or something??

The anime is exactly as the Manga until Chapter 20-End. I enjoyed the ending of the Manga better because the animators pretty much gave us The Actual Ending Presented By Us and The Ending That You Wanted, But Didn't Get, So Here It Is. 

The Opening song is as light as the art - it's kind of kiddish, but it got to my head, so it may as well yours. I swayed along . 

The musician. Everybody has loved one before -- !

The anime metaphorically uses flowers as symbols of Love and Love Triangle/Polygonal Conflicts. I liked the symbolism.

Manga: 7.5 / 10
